Merry Christmas from the Wallace's!
We wish you a joyous Christmas and a great New Year from our family to yours. We are staying busy like usual but still enjoying our jobs, school, church, and each other.
Hailey is 8 years old and is enjoying 2nd grade at Faith Christian School. She loves drawing, coloring pictures, and playing with her friends at school. Her favorite past time right now is cuddling with her kitten, Carolina Ainsley, while watching National Geographic specials on King Tut and ancient Egypt. She is fascinated with mummies right now. We wonder if she will grow up to be a researcher. She loves being home and hanging out where it’s peaceful and quiet.
Shelby is 5 and is in Kindergarten at Faith Christian School. She loves to play with baby dolls, dress up, and copy her big sister. She is a little ball of energetic joy, singing and dancing all of the time. She LOVES people and LOVES LOVES LOVES talking. We are confident she will grow up to be the president who can walk through a room and make everyone feel important.
Brian and Jocelyn remain busy, balancing responsibilities at work and home and friendships. We have started working on our house again, and recently renovated the girl’s bedroom. We have big plans for the rest of the house, so hopefully next year we’ll be telling you about further projects. In 2011, Jocelyn is hoping to be going back to school to begin a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
